1. When using for the first time, you need to turn the pen several times until a black liquid comes out of it.
2. Apply a thin layer to the teeth.
3. Keep your mouth open for about 1-5 minutes while the liquid dries on the teeth.
4. Close your mouth and keep the material on for 20 min, do not eat or drink during this time.
5. Rinse your mouth with water.
The pen can be used daily or to refresh your teeth on occasion.
